• chilled cold / hot high fat milk

1. Dissolve 40 g (3 to 4 TBSP) of Instant Chocolate Premix in a glass (180 - 200ml) of chilled/cold milk.
2. For bulk preparation dissolve 1 kg of Instant Chocolate Premix in a 5 litre of chilled/cold milk.
3. Stir with blender for 50 seconds and serve cold.
4. 100g of instant Chocolate premix in a bowl of (600 to 750 ml) of chilled/cold milk (you can use hot milk also)
